CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Cancellation Policy At Styles by Angela Renee, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a luxury, uninterrupted service experience. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in 100% of the scheduled service being charged. Clients who no-show or cancel the same day will be charged the full service amount and must satisfy the balance before booking future appointments. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the service scheduled. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to provide every guest with the exceptional service experience they deserve. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full luxury experience. Late arrivals may result in modified services or cancellation of the appointment. ⸻ Guest Policy To maintain a relaxing and professional salon environment, no additional guests are permitted during appointments unless the guest is receiving a service or prior approval has been given. ⸻ Children Policy For the safety of children and the comfort of all guests, children should not accompany clients unless they have a scheduled appointment. Our salon environment includes hot tools, chemicals, and sharp instruments that require a focused and safe atmosphere. ⸻ Hair Preparation Policy Clients should arrive with hair free of heavy oils, grease, or product buildup unless a shampoo service is included in the booked service. Excessively tangled hair or hair requiring detangling beyond normal preparation may require additional time and a detangling fee. ⸻ After-Hours Appointment Policy Appointments requested outside of normal business hours are considered premium bookings and are subject to a $100 after-hours service fee. ⸻ Agreement Policy By booking an appointment with Styles by Angela Renee, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all salon policies. Extension Policy • Extension hair must be brought 48 hours prior to appointment for customization • Hair must be new and unused unless booking a reinstall • Additional customization fees may apply
